Douglas H. Yaeger Awarded AGA’s Distinguished Service Award
The American Gas Association (AGA) awarded the Distinguished Service award to Douglas H. Yaeger, chairman of the board and CEO of The Laclede Group, Inc. Suzanne Sitherwood joins The Laclede Group, Inc. as President
Suzanne Sitherwood joined The Laclede Group, Inc. (NYSE: LG) as president on September 1, 2011. She will be named the Company's next chief executive officer on February 1, 2012; succeeding Douglas H. Yaeger, who has served as Laclede Group’s chairman, president and chief executive officer since January 1999. Yaeger, who will continue to serve as chairman and chief executive officer until January 31, 2012, announced earlier this year his desire to retire at the end of January 2012.
