Laclede Pipeline Company, a wholly owned subsidiary,
operates a propane pipeline that connects the propane storage facilities
of Laclede Gas in St. Louis County, Missouri, to propane supply terminal
facilities located at Wood River and Cahokia, Illinois. Laclede Gas vaporizes
the propane to supplement its natural gas supply and meet the peak demands
on the distribution system.
